The company was founded out of a desire to improve the aesthetics of the surrounding reality, a large part of which are real estate and their surroundings.

The need to have your own asylum to live and work is a universal value at all latitudes.

For about 15 years we have been dealing with the improvement of the technical condition and the maintenance and aesthetics of both private and commercial properties in Sweden.

The bar has been hung high because we worked in the conditions of a very high standard of real estate and its surroundings (Stockholm, Sweden). Nevertheless, we always had a lot of tasks, because only the constant care of their technical condition makes them enjoy their users for years.

We use the acquired knowledge and experience in our current activities. We operate mainly in northern Poland (Gdańsk, Sopot and the Lakeland area) and Warsaw. We are in constant contact with the real estate market in Sweden (Stockholm region), France (azure coast) and the USA.

There is no room for compromises in a mature approach to real estate services.

We need to see what the owner cannot see. A tailor-made property, kept in good condition, is a showcase of its owner.
